A journey dedicated to women who wish to rediscover presence, mindfulness, and a more authentic way of caring for themselves.
Nice to meet you, my name is Vittoria.
Over the years, I have built a multidisciplinary professional path born from the desire to understand women in their entirety and to accompany them in caring for their face, body, and mind.
Medicine has taught me to observe the body with rigor and to understand its mechanisms.
Yoga has taught me to respect it.
Pilates has taught me to make it strong without forcing it.
Mindfulness has taught me to listen to it.
Mindful eating has taught me to nourish it with awareness.
I did not choose these disciplines to accumulate titles or qualifications. Each of them represented a natural step in my journey, offering me a different tool to deepen the concepts of health, movement, and self-image.
Today, I integrate these skills into a professional approach built on scientific foundations, listening, prevention, and mindfulness.
My Medical and Dental Training
I practice as a dentist, focusing primarily on pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, conservative dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. I accompany children, adolescents, and adults, paying attention not only to oral health but also to the prevention, functionality, and aesthetics of the smile.
In the field of aesthetic medicine, I dedicate myself to skin care, skin quality, and facial balance through a measured approach that respects expressiveness and focuses on natural results.
My work includes non-invasive aesthetic medicine treatments, such as biostimulation protocols, peelings, and tailored journeys designed around each woman's unique characteristics, needs, and life stage.
I do not seek to transform a face or chase standardized beauty standards. My goal is to enhance identity, preserve expressiveness, and mindfully support its evolution over time.
Movement and Women's Health
Sport and movement have always been part of my life. I am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher and a CONI-certified Pilates instructor, with a specialization in women's training.
A woman's physiology and needs change throughout the different stages of life. Because of this, I offer movement that is not just physical exercise, but a tool through which to develop strength, mobility, balance, awareness, and body confidence.
My approach is not based on performance at all costs, nor on the idea of fighting the body to change it. Instead, it is founded on the ability to understand it and train it in an intelligent, progressive, and respectful way.
I guide women toward a sustainable practice adapted to their actual needs, helping them build a stronger, more mindful relationship with movement and with themselves.
Mindfulness and Mindful Eating
I am a mindfulness facilitator and a mindful eating teacher.
Through mindfulness, I teach how to cultivate a more stable presence in daily life, to recognize one's sensations with greater clarity, and to observe thoughts and emotions with greater awareness.
In mindful eating, this ability to listen is applied to one's relationship with food and the body. It is not a diet or a set of dietary rules. It is a journey that helps recognize hunger and fullness cues, distinguish physical needs from emotional ones, and develop a more present, intentional, and respectful way of nourishing oneself.
My goal is to help every woman rediscover listening, autonomy, and trust, moving away from rigidity, automatic habits, and judgment.
The Radiant Facelift
From the intersection of my medical training, the study of anatomy, movement, and mindfulness, The Radiant Facelift was born my method of face yoga and facial movement re-education.
The method starts from the principle that the face should not be considered in isolation from the rest of the body. Posture, breathing, the jaw, neck, shoulders, tensions, and how we manage stress all influence the way the face moves and expresses itself.
The Radiant Facelift integrates knowledge of facial anatomy, observation, targeted muscular activation, tension release, self-massage, and body awareness.
It is not about making facial muscles work harder, but learning to move them better, avoiding compensations and repetitive movements that can heighten tension and wrinkles.
Through targeted muscle toning, release, and movement re-education, we work to support and redefine the facial oval, make the gaze more open and expressive, and promote a more relaxed, harmonious, and vibrant smile.
The goal is not to freeze or alter expressiveness, but to guide the face toward more mindful, balanced, and functional movement, preserving its uniqueness.
The method can also be integrated into a broader approach to facial care, complementing non-invasive aesthetic medicine without replacing it, while keeping the goals, scopes, and indications of each path clear.
